Sunday Run Info.
Everything you need to know before your first run.
All adults 18+ are welcome. No matter your background, nationality, gender, or orientation, everyone is welcome to come out, run, and be part of the VIVA community.
Who can join?
Meet every Sunday at 10:00 at Kolektor Café, Prague 7. No need to sign up, just show up. Check Instagram stories or the WhatsApp group for updates, or join us on Strava.
Event description
All levels welcome. Social pace is around 6:20 to 6:30 min/km, though some Sundays the group pushes closer to 5:50 min/km. This is about moving and meeting people, not racing.

A social 5km run at around 6:15 min/km through Stromovka, then back for our Breakfast Club! No need to sign up. Just show up!
