As the Sports Management Marketing Intern at Viva Sports, you'll collaborate closely with our skilled and passionate team, supporting daily league operations. Your responsibilities will include customer service, partner relations, data management, marketing initiatives, and much more.
Your training will cover key areas such as sales, business development, marketing, networking, operations, and finance. By the end of the internship, we aim for you to gain valuable insights and expertise that will enhance your future career in the sports industry, with the potential for permanent employment arising from this role.
This is an Unpaid Internship for office hours. Must need college credit to be eligible for internship
Job Description:
Sports Operation
Help develop and organize leagues, events, and tournaments.
Collaborate with the Sports Team on revenue forecasts and growth strategies.
Assist with compiling game reports, responding to customer service inquiries, scheduling, and data entry.
Manage inventory and maintenance of sports equipment and apparel.
Prepare for daily operations, including field setup and oversight.
Provide administrative and clerical support across all departments.
Assess and audit leagues, tournaments, and events for effectiveness.
Sports Marketing
Develop digital marketing materials to promote upcoming leagues and events.
Analyze social media performance and engagement metrics.
Create and share reels that showcase specific leagues or events.
Qualifications
