As part of registration, you'll also be asked to select your shirt size, as each team will receive a uniquely colored Viva Sports shirt to represent their team. You have one or two friends who wish to stay together, but not enough to form a team. We will ensure that the entire group is assigned to the same team. How can I sign up for a league? To join a league, simply click on the circular links on our website that say "See Our Program Leagues" or "Play Now." There you will have the option to register and pay for the league you want. If you need more information, feel free to email us at info@vivasports.cz. Can I join a league if I don’t have a team and want to join by myself ? Absolutely! Solo players, or "Free Agents," are welcome in all of our leagues. Once registration wraps up, we'll assign you to a team. Once the teams are finalized, you'll receive all the details about your team, game schedule, and any other important info before the first game. What if my team isn’t complete? No problem at all! You can register your small group, and if your team doesn’t meet the minimum squad requirement, we'll combine your group with free agents or other small groups to form a complete team. To cancel your registration for a tournament, event, series, or league, please contact us at info@vivasports.cz. Why is it important to withdraw from programs if I can’t attend? When you sign up for a program, your participation helps us provide the best experience for everyone involved. If you register but don’t attend, it not only prevents another player from taking your spot but can also lead to an imbalance in the number of participants, affecting the quality of the game. How far in advance should I cancel my registration for a program if I can’t attend? Players are strongly encouraged to cancel their registration as soon as they know they won’t be able to attend. You can cancel your registration for a daily program up to 8 hours before it starts without any penalty. If you cancel within 8 hours of the start time, you may be charged or receive a strike. For cancellations please contact info@vivasports.cz What are the consequences for canceling late or not showing up? If a member cancels their registration or fails to show up within 8 hours of the program start time, they will not be eligible for refund
