Maxen Garagić Head of Sport & Events Max leads Viva’s leagues and corporate events planning, creating, and bringing them to life. He’s all about connecting people through sport and turning ideas into real experiences on and off the court. You’ll often find Max at the volleyball courts, making sure everything runs smoothly (or jumping into a game himself). Favorite moment: The Viva Futsal Tournament 2024. Pavel Čapek Beach Volleyball Coach Pavel brings over 8 years of professional coaching experience to our beach volleyball leagues. He speaks both English and Czech and is passionate about helping players improve their game while having fun on the sand. Matyas Mlejnek Head of Sport Leagues Matyas leads our sport leagues, pickup soccer, and open play events creating teams, helping individuals join, and managing registration and finances.
